He is a graceful, arching shrub with ample foliage of grey-green leaves which create a lovely backdrop for the fully double, quartered, 3” blooms with a petal count of 45+ per blossom. Stanwell Perpetual has a delightful soft apricot-to-blush pink coloring and will bloom in repeat flushes during the season.
